COPE & Climbing

The weekend COPE program offers the opportunity for your Troop, Crew, Ship or Post to experience a team building program like no other. Low COPE consists of warm-up activities and initiative games in the field before moving on to the Low COPE course. This course includes 12 elements low to the ground, ranging from the Archimedes Bridge to the 12-foot Wall. Adults are invited to participate.

Program Pricing

1/2-day Low COPE – $15 per participant
1/2-day High COPE** – $25 per participant
1/2-day climbing tower – $25 per participant
1/2-day rock climbing – $25 per participant
Hellerick’s Aerial Adventure Park – $35 per participant for 1.5 hours

How to Sign Up

Units sign up for COPE & Climbing activities with their Tentaroo unit account, the same account used to book campsites at Ockanickon. Registration for each weekend opens 6 months in advance. Click the “Register Today” button below for the desired weekend. You will be prompted to log-in to the unit’s account or to create an account if the unit does not have one. If you need help accessing your existing account, please contact business@ockanickon.org.

Can adults participate?

Absolutely!

Will food be provided?

No, your unit is responsible for all meals.

Are there minimum/maximum group sizes?

There are no restrictions on the size of your group as long as there is space available in the activity.

Are participants required to provide medical forms?

Yes, all participants must provide a copy of Parts A & B of the BSA Medical Form to be reviewed by the staff.

Can the number of participants vary in each activity?

Yes, please email

if your entire group is not participating in an activity.

If the event is cancelled due to weather will we receive a refund for our deposit?

Yes, you can choose the option of a refund or credit a future program weekend.
